You must be able to run service calls independently, troubleshoot, and interact with customers daily.

About the Role

A-American Electric is hiring an experienced Service Electrician to join our team in WNC with 10+ years in the electrical service space..

This is a field-based role where you will:

• Run your own service calls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and installations
• Communicate directly with customers
• Create estimates, invoices, and collect payments

If you are currently just doing new construction or rough-in work, this is not the right role.

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for electricians who:

• Have strong SERVICE experience (not just install work)
• Can troubleshoot and figure things out without supervision
• Are comfortable working directly with customers
• Can run calls solo and manage their day
• Are reliable, professional, and solution-oriented

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid North Carolina Electrical License
• Strong service electrician background
• Troubleshooting
• Panel work
• Service upgrades
• Repair work
• Residential and Commercial experience.
• Ability to run jobs independently
• Experience with digital work orders, estimates, and invoicing
• Clean driving record
