Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter who brings experience and a positive attitude to the table. This role requires a hands-on approach to various tasks, including painting and drywall work, with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Apply experience in painting, drywall, and texturing to support various projects.
• Assist with finish plumbing tasks as needed (preferred but not required).
• Ensure all work is completed within the defined scope and on schedule.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by meeting all deadlines and schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry, with additional skills in painting and drywall/texturing.
• Finish plumbing skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Must hold a valid California driver’s license and have auto insurance.
• Own a reliable truck and the necessary tools for the job.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong commitment to delivering quality work within established timelines.
