🔧 The Role: What You'll Do

Perform general apartment maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance for multi-family communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Replace and install electrical outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, thermostats, doorbells, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and other apartment fixtures
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
• Complete apartment turns to prepare units for new residents
• Inspect buildings, doors, windows, walls, and common areas for needed repairs
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and completed repairs
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Independently paint entire apartment units with professional-quality workmanship
• Prepare walls by patching holes, repairing cracks, matching texture, caulking, masking, and protecting surrounding surfaces
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Travel between apartment communities as needed using reliable transportation

🧰 What We're Looking For

• Experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, hotel maintenance, residential maintenance, or construction
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
• Willingness to participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule
