We operate on two fronts: Airadigm Solutions, a national HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing firm (TAB), and Kitchen Energy Solutions (KES), where we design and install demand-controlled kitchen ventilation systems (DCKV) and advanced electrical controls in commercial kitchens. Both divisions serve government, military, and high-end commercial customers who demand zero compromises on safety. That's you. It happens because someone cares enough to show up at job sites, look around, ask hard questions, and make sure the people working at heights, in tight spaces, or around high-voltage equipment have what they need to go home safe. We've grown to 100+ employees working across the country on both TAB and DCKV projects. Our Safety Administrator sets strategy and policy across both divisions. You handle the day-to-day: inspections at both types of job sites, training coordination, documentation, incident support, and site presence. You're the eyes and ears our field teams trust—whether they're balancing HVAC systems or commissioning kitchen ventilation controls.

What You'll Actually Do (Key Responsibilities)

This is the full job — no surprises:

• Site Inspections & Audits (TAB & DCKV): Travel to job sites (up to 50% of the time), conduct safety inspections on both HVAC and electrical/controls projects, identify hazards, collect compliance data. Document everything with photos and detailed findings.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain safety files, training records, incident logs, and compliance materials across both divisions. Keep everything organized and audit-ready for OSHA.
• Training Coordination: Help schedule training, track attendance, maintain certification databases, send renewal reminders. Assist with toolbox talks and onboarding sessions tailored to both TAB and DCKV work.
• Incident Support: When something goes wrong, you're part of the response team. Collect details, coordinate with insurance/workers' comp, track follow-ups.
• Compliance Prep: Prepare materials for OSHA inspections, government audits, and military contract assessments. You're the keeper of our safety documentation across both operations.
• Communication: Send safety updates to teams, coordinate safety committee meetings, build materials that make safety real (not just policies on a shelf).
• Multi-Division Awareness: Understand the hazards and compliance needs unique to TAB work (heights, mechanical systems, airflow testing) and DCKV/electrical work (high-voltage systems, commercial kitchens, VFD installation). Adapt your approach accordingly.
• Show up sharp and on time — consistency matters on the road.
• Work effectively with project teams, field supervisors, and our safety leadership across both divisions.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and hold yourself to the standard you're asking others to meet.

What It Takes (Qualifications)

Required:

• High school diploma and/or college degree.
• 1–3 years of safety experience in compliance, administration, and construction.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills. Details matter in this role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfort learning new safety software.
• Excellent communication — you need to talk with technicians, managers, and external partners without jargon getting in the way.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide (up to 50%). You'll need an excellent driving record.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable working in industrial/construction environments and commercial kitchens.

Preferred:

• OSHA 30-Hour Card or similar safety certification.
• Experience in HVAC, TAB, electrical, controls, or commercial kitchen environments.
• Background in compliance or regulatory work.
• Familiarity with government/military contract compliance.
• Experience with OSHA recordkeeping and injury/illness logs.
• Exposure to both mechanical systems (HVAC) and electrical/controls work is a plus.

The Physical Side

This is field work. You should be comfortable with:

• Working at heights — ladders, scissor lifts, rooftops, job-site conditions.
• Lifting 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 65 lbs unassisted.
• Tight spaces — mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, commercial kitchen hoods.
• Active construction, commercial kitchen, and manufacturing environments.
• Walking 5,000–8,000 steps per day on varied terrain.
• Wearing PPE all day: hard hat, safety vest, eye protection, steel-toed boots.
• Safely driving a company vehicle long distances.
• Working in all weather conditions.
• Heat from kitchen equipment (on KES projects).
