Currently, ESS is looking to add a dependable Skilled Laborer to the team. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing mission of excellence in utility construction, joining a team that values skill, dedication, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Duties Include:

• Conducts thorough inspections of manholes to assess their condition and identify repair needs.
• Cleaning and prepare manholes for rehabilitation via cementitious, epoxy, or polyurethane, etc.
• Perform varies repair tasks such as coating, sealing, and reinforcing manholes using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Ensure all rehabilitation work meets company standards and specifications, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Cleaning and prepare manholes for rehabilitation via cementitious, epoxy, or polyurethane, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Prior experience in manhole rehabilitation, underground utility construction, or other construction related work.
• Adheres to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety regulations at all times.
• Driver's License (required)

Experience:

• Underground utilities: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Main Office is in Tampa FL
