The Grading Superintendent oversees grading operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards. This role provides leadership to Foremen and field crews while coordinating daily operations, equipment, and resources to meet project goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees and supports Grading Foremen and field crews.
• Coordinates daily schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.
• Leads jobsite safety initiatives, conducts safety meetings, and promotes compliance with company policies.
• Reviews daily production reports, labor, and equipment usage.
• Reads and interprets plans, blueprints, and grade information.
• Communicates with Project Managers and other team members to keep projects on schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:

• Strong knowledge of grading, surveying, and finish grading.
• Leadership experience managing multiple crews.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience operating a motor grader is preferred.
• Comfortable using iPads, iPhones, and computers.
• Available to work weekends (specifically Saturdays).
• Valid Driver's License.
