We are seeking a Site Analyst to support construction operations by verifying field measurements, tracking quantities, and documenting job progress. This role ensures that what's built matches what was bid and what gets billed by connecting Estimating/Project Management, Field crews, and Accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the daily link between Estimating/Project Management, Field crews, and Accounting
• Verify field measurements and quantities daily and flag variances
• Mark repair areas ahead of crews so staked scope matches built scope
• Capture QC photos documenting job progress from start to finish
• Read plans, specifications, and shop drawings to identify discrepancies
• Convert daily field data into accurate quantities for Accounting to bill
• Identify scope changes and field issues early, and support RFI and change order documentation
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients, inspectors, and coworkers
• Provide additional support as needed across project operations
