Job Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 DOE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead future projects. This position is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety protocols, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed to high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in vertical and tenant-improvement construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day onsite operations.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and site staff to meet safety, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Monitor job progress and proactively resolve conflicts, delays, or scope changes
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company standards
  • Work closely with the Project Management Team and other team members to communicate updates, track milestones, and maintain documentation
  • Lead site meetings, provide daily reports, safety/quality inspections, and punch list completion
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, specs, and plans throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of previous superintendent experience
  • Strong understanding of structural framing, MEP systems, finishes, and sequencing
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of local building codes and inspection requirements in WA and ID is preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain before start)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore (preferred), MS Project, or similar)
