We are looking for an experienced CDL driver to be part of our team. Driving, as well as any prior experience with concrete is a plus. Must have a strong work ethic to be part of our dynamic concrete and excavation team building Parks, Street Improvements, ADA ramps, Downtown restorations, etc. We do not expect you to know everything; we encourage learning and advancement; if you are a hardworking individual who aspires to learn and progress in a growing company we encourage you to apply.

Experienced concrete laborer/finisher or experience Ready-Mix driver preferred.

Job responsibilities include:

• Communicate with dispatch on pickups and routes
• Work under foreman’s direction
• Inspect truck and equipment and report any issues
• Ability to drive concrete mixer trucks
• Pick up materials and assist w/placement at job site

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Class A CDL
• Valid Med card
• Be drug free
• At least have some knowledge on concrete
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Hard working and Self-Motivation important
• Mechanically inclined is a bonus
• Having previous Ready-Mix experience is a bonus, but not required
• Must be willing to travel during the week throughout Oregon

Pay and Benefits:

• Hours: Monday - Friday
• No Weekends!
• Pay: $35.74
