COMPENSATION

Wages are paid at the applicable California prevailing wage rate for the Inside Wireman classification, per the DIR General Prevailing Wage Determination in effect for different counties for the project you're working on.

Your fringe benefits are paid as cash on your paycheck — health and welfare, pension, and vacation/holiday go into your wages, not into a trust you have to wait on. Your take-home reflects the full package.

Overtime, shift differential, and Saturday/Sunday/holiday premiums are paid per California law. Paid weekly. Certified payroll filed weekly.
