Construction General Labor at CREWZ has the opportunity to join construction teams throughout our region, supporting projects through job site maintenance while increasing their exposure to the construction industry. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction site cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by supervisor
• Use broom, shovel, wheelbarrows, etc. to assist in the performance of construction site maintenance tasks
• Assist with debris removal and proper disposal
• Load, unload, and organize construction materials
• Assist in installation and maintenance of perimeter fencing 
• Install construction signage
• May assist in the lifting, positioning, and securing of materials 
• Strong attention to detail
• Other related construction duties as assigned by job site supervisor(s)

Qualifications:

• Commitment to safe work practices, including the ability to follow job site safety instructions
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills on the job
• Bring a professional and motivated attitude with a team player mentality
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Education and training provided as needed
