We're looking for an experienced Commercial Controls Electrician who understands how HVAC control and Building Automation Systems (BAS) come together in the field.
You'll work on controls for RTUs, VAVs, AHUs, CUHs, exhaust fans, boilers, pumps, VFDs, and other commercial HVAC equipment — taking installations from rough-in through final termination and commissioning support.
We want someone who can work independently, understand the system they're installing, troubleshoot problems, and lead a small crew when assigned under our Controls Foreman.
This is primarily an installation role. BAS programming and engineering are not primary responsibilities, although experience with BAS software, networking, and commissioning is a plus.
Experience with BACnet, CAT6/RJ45, control panel assembly, VFDs, boilers, pumps, RTUs, VAVs, AHUs, commissioning, or HVAC service is a plus.
Full-time, typically 40–45 hours per week. This is a field-based position with travel primarily throughout Ohio and occasional overnight/regional travel. Overtime, early starts, or night work may be required based on project needs.
We're looking for more than someone to pull wire. We want an experienced controls installer who can become a key part of our growing Controls Team.
For the right person, this position offers a path into increased field leadership:
Commercial Controls Electrician → Controls Crew Lead → Controls Foreman
If you know HVAC controls, take pride in clean installations, and want an opportunity to build, lead, and grow, we'd like to talk with you.
