Excel Services is looking for experienced Senior Electrical Construction Foremen who know how to lead people, plan work, solve problems in the field, and deliver quality commercial electrical installations.

We're not looking for someone who simply has the title.

We're looking for field leaders.

If you're the person your crew depends on to understand the prints, organize the work, solve problems, maintain quality, and get the job done safely, we want to talk with you.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualified candidates should have strong commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience, including:

• Leading electrical construction crews

• Reading blueprints and specifications

• Layout and job planning

• Bending and installing EMT, PVC and rigid conduit

• Wire pulling and terminations

• Panels, switchgear and electrical equipment installation

• Troubleshooting electrical systems

• Coordinating manpower, materials and field activities

• Maintaining productivity, quality and safety expectations

• Communicating effectively with Superintendents and project leadership

• Training and developing electricians and apprentices

• Taking ownership and holding the crew accountable

COMPENSATION

$42–$48/hour based on qualifications and experience.

$8,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR QUALIFIED ELECTRICAL FOREMEN.
