This position is a hands-on Carpenter role supporting commercial construction projects. Daily responsibilities may include framing, drywall installation, finish carpentry, demolition, material handling, site preparation, punch list work, and other general construction tasks as assigned.
Carpenters are expected to provide their own basic hand tools. Specialty tools and project-specific equipment will be provided as needed.
This role requires regular physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in active construction environments for extended periods. Work may occur indoors or outdoors and in varying weather conditions depending on project needs.
Carpenters report directly to the onsite Superintendent and are expected to follow all safety requirements, participate in daily safety meetings, wear required PPE, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support Flynn's commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism.
Overtime, weekend work, and limited travel may be required based on project schedules and business needs.
