Haugland Group, a privately owned civil infrastructure and energy construction company, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced SOI-Qualified Archaeologist to operate from St. Croix and St. Thomas.
The SOI-Qualified Archaeologist serves as the lead technical authority for archaeological compliance on FEMA-funded and NHPA Section 106 projects. The role includes preparation of work plans, archaeological monitoring and testing oversight, discovery response, and coordination with FEMA and VISHPO.
