Haugland Energy Group, a privately-owned Long Island, New York-based civil infrastructure and energy construction company, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Overhead T&D Regional Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, but travel to the assigned territory may be required.

Key Functions:
- Manage day-to-day operations for projects within an assigned geographic region.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manage project schedules, staffing levels, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
- Review project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost-to-complete reporting.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments to support project execution.
- Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and ERP data is maintained accurately.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and support to project management and field operations personnel.
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in utility construction with experience working on overhead and underground electric utility distribution and transmission systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
- Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Experience with ERP management and reporting systems.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
- Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner.
- Effective communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Travel required based on operational client and business needs.
