H.B. Neild is looking for highly motivated, experienced Plumbers to join the best construction team in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

As a Plumber for H.B. Neild, you will be expected to work safely and in the most professional manner possible to deliver a high quality product for our commercial and industrial clients.

Plumber duties include, but are not limited to:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in in industrial, commercial, and residential structures.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals.
• Follow building plans and specifications.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
• Keep up to date with current safety regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
• Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
• Knowledge of the building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications.
• Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
• Ability to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environments.
• Basic computer skills.
• Insurable driving record.
• Must be able to pass both a drug screening and background verification.
