We are looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Center, Texas store.

The Assistant Store Manager will assist with the daily operation of the store and work closely with the Store Manager to help keep the business running efficiently. This position will also assist with store ordering, inventory-related tasks, and employee administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations

• Assist with ordering products and supplies using computer-based systems

• Monitor inventory and help ensure the store remains properly stocked

• Assist with employee-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, timekeeping, onboarding paperwork, and other general employee support

• Help supervise employees and assist with training

• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer concerns

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

• Help lead store operations when the Store Manager is unavailable

Qualifications

• Previous retail, management, supervisory, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn ordering and inventory systems

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Good communication and people skills

• Dependable and able to work as part of a team

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

This is a hands-on management position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping a store operate efficiently.
