M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

THE WORK

Keeping a commercial property clean and presentable through the day: common areas, restrooms, lobbies, trash and recycling, spills and callouts, and being the visible M5 presence tenants see.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Commercial janitorial or day porter experience. Reliable, on time, presentable. Comfortable working around tenants. Able to lift and be on your feet.

NICE TO HAVE

Floor care. Experience in occupied office buildings.
