M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

THE WORK

Grounds maintenance on commercial properties: mowing, edging, pruning, irrigation checks and repairs, seasonal color, and keeping sites looking right for property managers and tenants.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Commercial grounds maintenance experience. Irrigation troubleshooting and repair: controllers, valves, and heads. Safe operation of commercial equipment. Valid California driver's license.

NICE TO HAVE

QAL or QAC applicator license. Trailer towing. Crew lead experience. Bilingual English and Spanish.
