Rigger

We are currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Riggers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely moving, lifting, and positioning heavy equipment and materials using rigging gear and equipment in an industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment prior to use.
• Attach loads to cranes and other lifting equipment using cables, chains, slings, and hooks.
• Signal crane operators and assist with safe load movement.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting.
• Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-job hazard assessments and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work closely with supervisors, crane operators, and other crew members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous rigging experience required.
• Knowledge of rigging practices, load calculations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in an industrial or construction environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass all required pre-employment screenings.
