What you’ll do:

• Manage multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive schedule, budget, and quality with relentless accountability.
• Sequence work correctly. Understand and enforce critical path with safety and urgency.
• Build client relationships that turn one-time jobs into lifelong partnerships.
• Lead teams through problems, not around them. Make decisions, own outcomes.
• Use best in-class technology. Improve our internal playbooks.
