· Interpret electrical one-lines, control diagrams, and MEP drawings to lay out conduit runs and panel locations.
· Install EMT/FMC/RGS conduit, junction boxes, and pull low-voltage and line-voltage feeders.
· Land wires on BAS control panels, VFDs, and mechanical equipment per NEC and manufacturer specs.
· Perform proper grounding, labeling, and as-built documentation.
· Support start-up technicians by verifying power, polarity, and circuit continuity during commissioning.
· Adhere to OPIX and site-specific safety policies; participate in job-site toolbox talks.
· State-approved Journeyman Electrician license (or higher).
· Commercial or industrial electrical experience; low-voltage/BAS wiring familiarity preferred.
· Ability to read blueprints, wiring schedules, and sequences of operations.
· OSHA 10 (minimum) and current NFPA-70E arc-flash certificate within 30 days of hire.
· Valid driver’s license; ability to operate scissor/boom lifts.
· Lift up to 75 lbs, work on ladders and aerial platforms, and perform tasks in mechanical rooms and rooftop environments.
· Regional travel with occasional overnight stays.
