What You'll Do

• Lead and manage plumbing crews on commercial construction projects.
• Plan daily work, coordinate manpower, and maintain project schedules.
• Read blueprints and oversee high-quality plumbing installations.
• Manage jobsite productivity, materials, and labor efficiency.
• Identify potential change orders and proactively resolve jobsite challenges.
• Work closely with Project Managers and field leadership to keep projects on track.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
• Strong commercial plumbing installation experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop field crews.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plan work efficiently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leader who takes ownership and leads by example.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and pride in quality workmanship.
