The Security Consultant drives strategic growth through targeted acquisition of new customers across diverse vertical markets. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities by delivering value-driven security solutions tailored to customer needs. This role demonstrates a deep knowledge of industry, a strong network within their regional market, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. This position works closely with senior leadership, operations, and field assessors to ensure each proposal is accurate, timely, and aligned with the customer’s specific needs while also collaborating across internal departments to deliver comprehensive solutions and maintaining Safe Haven Defense US’s high standard of service and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in your designated regional market.
- Develop account strategies, goals, objectives, and action plans for assigned territory.
- Develop, maintain, and grow a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across verticals.
- Lead all phases of the sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis through proposal development, site-walks and measurements, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Deliver consultative sales strategies that highlight Safe Haven Defense US’s unique value proposition and product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations and leadership) to develop and present client-specific security solutions.
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform corporate strategy.
- Represent Safe Haven Defense US at industry events, trade shows, and relevant association meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales activity, and report regularly to the Director of Sales.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Residency & Travel Requirements
- Must reside in the corresponding market.
- Regular travel required throughout the assigned market for client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Quarterly travel required to Safe Haven Defense US Corporate Headquarters for strategy and team alignment.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of successful experience selling security solutions within the corresponding market,
- OR
- High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of successful experience selling security solutions within the corresponding market.
