We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a trusted leader for our clients and project teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Scorpio’s high standards for quality.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout
• Develop, maintain, and manage the construction project schedule
• Establish, monitor, and project job costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks
• Lead Owner/Architect/Engineer meetings and maintain strong project communication
• Process change events and associated change orders
• Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and field invoices
• Coordinate closely with the Superintendent on site logistics and project management
• Participate in site safety initiatives and help ensure a strong safety culture
• Review project quality and ensure work meets Scorpio and project standards
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members and project partners
• Apply expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices to drive successful project outcomes

What You Will Bring to Scorpio

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably within Scorpio’s core project types
• Demonstrated success starting and completing construction projects valued at $25 million or more
• Strong expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or a related field strongly preferred
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage competing priorities, and resolve challenges effectively
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
• A commitment to quality, safety, teamwork, and building long-term client relationships
