Steady Solutions is seeking a Traveling Field Technician to support commercial construction, facility, and installation projects across multiple sites throughout California and the Western U.S.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable traveling frequently to active job sites. The Traveling Field Technician will assist with installations, repairs, demolition, punch-list work, warehouse coordination, site logistics, and general field support activities. Work may include electrical support, low-voltage support, finish work, equipment installation, material handling, and coordination with project managers and superintendents.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to active job sites as required
• Support field operations and installation activities
• Assist with demolition, repairs, punch-list, and site work
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and tools
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Complete daily reporting and documentation as required
• Support multiple projects and shifting priorities

Qualifications:

• Construction, facilities, installation, or field technician experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel when required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
