About Us

Sullivan Building is a custom home builder based in Bucks County, PA. We build high-end residential projects from the ground up and we're looking for a Carpenter who can do the same: someone comfortable on a job from site work and framing all the way through finish trim and cabinet installation.

The Role

We're looking for an all-around Carpenter to work across the full lifecycle of a custom home build. This isn't a "just framing" or "just trim" position you'll move between rough and finish work as the project demands, and you'll take pride in seeing a job through from dirt to done.

What You'll Do

• Work across all phases of residential construction: site prep, foundation-adjacent carpentry, framing, exterior trim, interior trim, and finish work
• Install cabinetry, doors, trim, and other finish carpentry with precision
• Read and work from architectural plans and specs
• Coordinate with the site superintendent/PM and other trades to keep the job moving
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite in line with company safety standards
• Take ownership of quality and craftsmanship at every stage of the build

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential construction, spanning both structural/field work and finish carpentry
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently from plans
• Own hand and power tools (list of required tools available upon request)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to jobsites in Bucks County and surrounding areas
• Strong attention to detail finish work needs to hold up to a discerning eye
• A track record of showing up, doing the work right, and taking pride in it
