Total Services is looking for a full-time Lead HVAC Installer with 3+ years of successful experience to service Chatham County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• May cut, build and install ductwork and/or furnaces, as needed
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s)
• Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Install Helpers!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years previous HVAC installation experience
• Freon certifications
• Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration and gas piping, system start up, and operating procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong customer service and customer interaction skills on job sites
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or mentoring capacity is a plus
• Previous experience installing in commercial settings is also a plus
