Tri-Star Construction is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers who take pride in safe, quality work on heavy civil and road construction projects.

PAY: Starting at $20+ / hour, with higher starting pay based on experience and skill level

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Place, spread, level, and finish concrete for roadway, curb, pavement, and other heavy civil work
• Set forms and concrete to proper line, grade, pitch, and alignment
• Use screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, brooms, vibrators, and other concrete tools and equipment
• Install and lay out expansion and control joints
• Perform specialty finishes and surface treatments as needed
• Read and work from construction layout and use lasers, levels, and measuring tools
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow Company and OSHA safety requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Concrete finishing experience preferred
• Heavy civil, roadway, curb, or pavement concrete experience is a plus
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a crew
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Outdoor construction work in all weather conditions. Position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, and working around active equipment and traffic. Overtime and PPE are required as applicable.
