This is for a position as a laborer, Finisher, Operator or Concrete Carpenter at Coronado Concrete.

Wages will be negotiated separately.

Minimum Qualifications

• Competent experience in concrete work or completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.
• Knowledge of construction math.
• Ability to safely operate saws, nail guns, drills, levels, and other carpentry tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must hold necessary safety certification including a valid OSHA 10 card.
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, scaffolds, and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).

Work Environment

• Work is performed primarily on active construction sites.
• Exposure to loud noise, heavy equipment, dust, and weather conditions.
• PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and work boots are mandatory.
