Be the person our employees know they can turn to.
At WestCor, our field and office teams depend on clear communication, accurate information, and dependable support. We’re looking for a bilingual Employee Services Coordinator to help make their day-to-day experience easier, from getting started as a new hire to finding answers about timecards, pay, benefits paperwork, and company systems.
Based in our Las Vegas office, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact at our employment window and work closely with Payroll, Office Administration, and Safety/Risk Management. You’ll help employees get answers, keep important details moving, and make sure questions reach the right person when additional support is needed.
If you enjoy helping people, bringing order to a busy day, and following through until the details are handled, this could be a great fit. Through cross-training with our team, you’ll build familiarity with the processes and systems that support our workforce.
What You’ll Do
Support our employees
- Welcome and assist employees at our employment window, providing clear, helpful communication in English and Spanish
- Answer day-to-day questions about timecards, pay, deductions, benefits paperwork, employment status, and company systems, coordinating with the appropriate team when needed
- Guide employees through forms, onboarding requirements, and company systems, including benefits and open enrollment paperwork
- Coordinate timecard questions, corrections, and follow-up with employees, supervisors, and Payroll as your cross-training progresses
Keep employee administration organized
- Support the administrative steps and communication for new hires, rehires, terminations, and employee status changes as you learn our processes
- Maintain accurate employee files and required documentation, handling confidential information with care
- Support payroll preparation and related paperwork; the primary payroll processing responsibility remains with our payroll team
- Help process employment verifications, garnishments, notices, and related documentation in coordination with the appropriate team
- Coordinate with superintendents and teammates on termination paperwork and company property returns
- Keep employee-facing forms and administrative materials clear and up to date
Contribute to a stronger team
- Support Safety/Risk Management with employee communication and documentation
- Help plan and co-host company events and employee activities
- Provide backup front-office coverage, including phones, visitors, mail, deliveries, and office entrances
- Help implement and improve timekeeping and employee-management systems
- Cross-train with teammates to build your knowledge and provide coverage when needed
What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, required
- A welcoming, professional approach and the ability to communicate comfortably with field and office employees
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through
- Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to ask questions or involve the right teammate when needed
- Comfort learning payroll, timekeeping, and employee-management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Previous experience in employee services, payroll support, office administration, workforce administration, or a related role is preferred
What Success Looks Like
Employees feel comfortable coming to you for help. Their questions are answered or connected to the right person, paperwork is accurate, and follow-up doesn’t get lost. You become a dependable resource for employees and teammates while helping us make everyday processes easier and more effective.
You’ll work alongside our existing Payroll, Office Administration, and Safety/Risk Management teams, with support from our third-party HR provider when needed.
