Reports to: Senior Vice President of Field Operations

Objective: Responsible for the complete supervision, field management, safety and execution of a Windover Project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Setup: Ensure that proper tools, processes and other requirements are in place prior to the beginning of the project.
Project Execution: Deliver projects the Windover Way
· Perform continuous, routine daily site walk-throughs to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress and quality control.
· Work in partnership with the PM to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project. Develop and execute a project schedule which includes all aspects of the scheduling such as logistics, day/night work, phasing, etc. and that includes all phases of the project including pre-construction, site mobilization, milestone dates, etc. Prepare a three-week outlook weekly, based on current progress and administer it via e-mail to the project team (including subcontractors) on a weekly basis. Present and discuss the three-week outlook with field foreman in a weekly meeting to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
· Oversee all field operations involving subcontractors, Windover Staff (if applicable), owners, and vendors and ensure that the project strategy and contract documents are executed. This includes ensuring that work is installed per plans and specification, that deliveries are checked against specification, etc. Conduct weekly foreman’s meeting and weekly safety/ sub coordination meetings to keep subs informed and resolve any issues before they become problems on site, as well as coordinate total project effort.
· Take responsibility for completing daily reports in Procore documenting the events that occurred on site during the course of that day.
· Maintain updated knowledge and coordination of all project documentation to ensure accurate execution, this includes – control documents, specification, bulletins, SK’s, Master Project Schedule, committed logistics plans, submittals, etc.
· Fill in gaps to ensure that project requirements, specification and execution requirements are being met. This includes utilizing and issuing Extra Work Order Tickets, working in compliance with any extra permitting or local requirement needs, etc.
· Ensure a clean and safe job site to minimize injury, in the event of an emergency situation, by using own experience and judgment and by implementing all of Windover’s safety policies, procedure and processes.
· Schedule and ensure that pre-installation and site specific safety orientation meetings are being held and documented with the appropriate people. This could include the owner, architect, subcontractor, Safety Officer, engineer, etc.
· Communicate openly and honestly with the project team to identify project issues and risks to the project’s profitability. Prepare, review and track, in partnership with the PM, all project cost implications on a weekly basis to ensure that the project meets its financial goals.
· Ensure that Windover’s punch list process is executed in a timely manner based on project schedule, architect and/or owner requirements and with acute attention to detail to ensure a Windover Project is delivered to the client.
· Take daily progress photos and save them to Procore daily.
· Be proactive and plan ahead. Schedule subcontractors well in advance giving them ample notice for mobilization. Work in partnership with the PM to ensure that subcontractors are bought in a timely fashion.
· Focus on being proactive to prevent problems from occurring down the line. Must have the ability to focus on the solution and not dwell on the problem.

· Treat your customers, subcontractors, and co-workers with respect.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain critical relationships especially with clients, owners and local or city officials.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent.
· Certifications: Holds a current MA CSL and 30 Hour OSHA Certification.
· Must have scheduling experience and be familiar with MS Project.
· Must have high level of technical and computer skills.
